Tips for Self-Improvement
Wake up each morning and choose one thing you are truly thankful for. Meditate on it for a minimum of 5 minutes. Think of how it brings joy to your life.
Experience feelings of gratitude moving throughout your body as you breath in and out slowly with your eyes closed. At the end of your morning meditation, affirm to yourself; I am blessed in every way.
2. Embrace the dance. Move your body each day to the rhythm of life. Lift your hands to the sky, sway side to side, turn your body around in circles. However the rhythm in your heart moves you, let it. No holding back.
3. Forgive. Don't allow negative feelings about yourself or others to keep you from living abundantly. You must release everything that is not based on love to God to be recycled into peace and joy.
4. Join a mastermind or support group that will encourage you and hold you accountable for the goals you set for your life. Your group should be comprised of trustworthy people who share your spiritual and moral beliefs. Your group should be as dedicated to your growth as they are to their own.
